If you decide your latest DTEX Homes buy isn’t for you, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of purchase from the date you received an item via Home Delivery. This is free for UK mainland returns. If you’re returning purchases from outside of the UK mainland then we’re afraid you’ll need to pay return postage costs. We will refund your money within 14 days of the return being accepted.
Under The Consumer Rights Act, we will accept returned items even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund (including basic delivery costs paid) as long as you return your goods within 28 days from the day after delivery to you.
Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original tender type. For your protection, refunds to credit or debit cards will only be processed if the cardholder is present.

Product Exchange Policy
To exchange your purchase for something else, simply contact us at: email@example.com or chat through our website or ring us on 0161-6811742
If you’d like an exchange and complete the relevant information, then return your parcel in the normal way. If you’re exchanging your purchase for a less expensive item we will automatically refund you the difference and email you as soon as this has happened. If you’re exchanging for a more expensive item we will contact you for the additional payment.
How long will it take to process my return/exchange?
We use Hermes Courier Service for drop off at your nearest local drop off point for return and Hermes can take 2-4 working days to return your parcel to us, although they’re usually quicker. Once it is back with us, we need time to process your exchange or refund, for quick process please make sure you must include your order number in the parcel.
We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged – we will provide a pre-paid returns label. If you would like to exchange it for a different item, process a return and request for an exchange.
We’ll email you once we’ve issued your refund, but be aware that it may take a few days for the payment to show in your account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you by email that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
